The location was very nice, just steps from the old town, and the room itself was spacious and very clean. The breakfast selection left something to be desired, and the staff could have been more welcoming during our stay. It was a pleasant experience.

The elegant room was quiet and the bathroom was clean. There were facilities such as a safe box and coffee. The setting of hotel was great, next to the river. Plus, it was just off very nice cafe / restaurant in-house, stadiums and the Saone embankment😃

Great-sized and air conditioned room and a clean bathroom. In an excellent location close to bars and cafes. A number of bars and cafes in the area.

It was just a suitable option for one night in Lyon with excellent value for money. My room had a huge comfortable bed, made my stay relaxing after a long day. Make sure to confirm parking fees before arriving.

Good location close to a multitude of restaurants. Convenient enough to walk into city centre for shopping. Room with view of river was pleasant, and room size good.
Room and passageways looking tired and in need of repainting. Window frames need repainting and in general facility needs a freshening up. Tea/coffe making facility was good, but suppling paper cups to guests is not good. At price paid per room one would expect proper crockery to drink from.

Carpet was old, wrinkled & dirty. TV was located in Such a position that you had to stand to watch.

Staying at this hotel was a delight! The location was perfect for exploring Lyon with family. Everything was just a short walk away. Special shoutout to the friendly staff, and the riverside views from the room were amazing. Traveling with a little baby, the spacious family room was comfortable.
In my wife's opinion, a children's play area would be great.

I particularly loved the charming decor, blending historical touches with modern amenities. The accessibility, with wide hallways and comfortable seating areas that allowed me to relax after a day of exploring.
Wider breakfast selection would be appreciated.

Large spacious room with two big windows overlooking the river. Room was well appointed with large closets, work desk, minibar, sofa/chairs, coffee service, and minibar, nice spacious bathroom., Excellent locationin Vieux Lyon.
A/C in room was not very effective. Some of the common areas looked in need of refurbishing.

Sample the foods of Lyon
While professional, the front desk was not very friendly.

It is situated in a very good location. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the rooms are really well kept!
Wifi is free (very positive) but it is a bit slow to surf and open certain pages. The buffet breakfast is good, yet it could be a bit more varied.

The front desk/concierge is helpful and welcoming, and are very responsive whenever we needed anything. The free internet is a big plus, making it very convenient to check train schedules for day trips, make reservations at restaurants, verify opening days/times for museums, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The high ceiling height make the roomsfeel spacious. The location is ideal and within walking distance of Vieux area. The hotel is easily reachable from both main train stations (Perrache train station easily reachable by 31 bus and Part Dieu train station easily reached by c3 train). When visiting Lyon in the future, I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price.
Acoustics need improvement (could hear water running within the walls from plumbing of other rooms). The room had hot water electric kettle which was great, but the coffee and tea supply was never replenished even though we stayed at the hotel for 6 nights.
